Your ticket to your dream vacations, rewards and more.

On today’s episode of Up To Speed, Communications Manager Chris Serico checked in with our retail V Team to explore why we love the Verizon Visa Card, whose vacation-friendly rewards inspired travel icons Adam Richman and Kellee Edwards to imagine their Dream Vacations.

We learned more about the Verizon Visa Card’s travel-friendly benefits from retail V Teamers Jordan Daniels in Portland, Oregon; Paul Martin in Noblesville, Indiana, Colleen McCafferty in Hanover, Massachusetts and Amanda Carver in Kokomo, Indiana. They appreciated how Verizon Visa Card helps customers earn 4 percent back on gas and groceries; 3 percent at restaurants (including takeout); 2 percent at Verizon; and 1 percent on all other purchases. Those rewards can help Verizon customers earn Verizon dollars to pay bills, buy a new phone or cash in for travel and gift cards.

Jordan said he loves using the Verizon Visa Card for dining purchases: “Plus, it can make you feel less guilty about eating out!”

Amanda noted Verizon Visa Card holders can sign up for one of Verizon’s Home Internet services for as little as $25 per month. When signing up for Auto Pay, Verizon Visa Card holders can earn a $10/month discount, and earn 2 percent in rewards.

Because the Verizon Visa Card is ready-made for vacation travel, Chris chatted with two travel experts – former “Man vs. Food” host Adam Richman and “Kellee Set Go!” herself, Kellee Edwards – about their Dream Vacations in the United States. And because fantasies aren’t bound by the space-time continuum, Adam and Kellee let their imaginations run wild for their ultimate 24-hour travel experiences.

Famous for traveling across the country and around the world in search of the best bites, Adam envisioned his fantasy day starting with a breakfast bagel in his home state in New York, then continuing in Hawaii, San Francisco and New Orleans for decadent meals and experiences . He pictured the end of his fantasy day (and the start of the next) in the Big Easy: “I’m going to the arthouses and great little underground shows, and, as the sun comes up over the muddy Mississippi’, have beignets and hang out with friends.”

An experienced pilot and travel influencer extraordinaire, Kellee pictured starting her day in her home city of Los Angeles, then flying herself to Utah (for some luxury-adventure destinations) and Martha’s Vineyard (for some fun and sun on the beach). She added she’d “definitely bring some family friends and family for that one, because some of these places are too good to experience on your own.”
